RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises officially christened its latest vessel, the Seven Seas Grandeur, on December 10 in Miami Florida, with the renowned Faberge jewelry house playing a prominent role.

Sarah Faberge, the great-granddaughter of Peter Carl Faberge, the founder of the Faberge company, was named the ship's godmother. At the ceremony, Regent revealed the first Faberge egg to permanently grace the seas, named "Journey in Jewels." This custom-designed masterpiece is now on display in the Grandeur's atrium.

The Faberge egg serves as the focal point of a 1,600-piece art collection aboard the Grandeur, featuring works by artists like Picasso. Regent offers its first digital art tour of the Grandeur through the Regent mobile app.

The naming ceremony, attended by travel advisors, past guests, and VIPs, featured a performance by Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress Kristin Chenoweth.

The 750-passenger Grandeur is Regent's 6th vessel and sistership to Seven Seas Splendor (2021) and Seven Seas Explorer (2016). The vessel highlights RSSC's signature restaurants, including Compass Rose, Chartreuse, and Prime 7 among its eight dining venues, offering an exclusive menu of 130 dishes created solely for the Seven Seas Grandeur.

Following the gala celebration, guests embarked on a 3-day sailing to the Bahamas aboard the Grandeur.
