Silversea has announced the upcoming debut of its newest ship - Silver Ray, set to launch in June.
The vessel reflects Silversea's ongoing commitment, in collaboration with Cruise Vacations, to provide exceptional luxury travel experiences for South African travelers, both domestically and internationally.
Silver Ray, Silversea's second NOVA Class vessel, promises to redefine luxury cruising by seamlessly connecting guests with their destinations. Cruise Vacations managing director Gaynor Neill highlighted the ship's innovative design, which echoes sistership Silver Nova, featuring an avant-garde, asymmetrical structure with extensive use of glass in public spaces and suites to offer uninterrupted panoramic views.
According to Neill, Silver Ray represents one of the most expansive ships ever built, embodying Silversea's hallmark features while introducing a fresh concept in luxury cruising.
The 11-deck ship has 363 passenger staterooms/all suites with private balconies, 8 restaurants, and a variety of bars/lounges, ensuring guests enjoy a remarkable culinary and social experience.
