CCL-Carnival Cruise Line has revised its drydock maintenance schedule for 2026, leading to the cancellation of specific voyages for the ships Carnival Magic and Carnival Horizon.

These adjustments are part of CCL's routine maintenance strategy to ensure vessel safety and compliance with maritime regulations.

Carnival Magic, initially slated for drydocking from October 6 to November 20, 2025, has been rescheduled for April 18-May 24, 2026. Consequently, all cruises planned during this interval have been canceled. The ship is expected to resume operations on May 30, 2026, with an 8-night Southern Caribbean itinerary from Miami.

Carnival Horizon's drydocking is now set for May 9 to June 14, 2026. As a result, the 13-night Transatlantic cruise from Barcelona to Miami, originally scheduled to depart on June 15, 2026, has been canceled.

Passengers affected by these cancellations have been offered two options:

1. Rebook a comparable cruise at the same rate, accompanied by an onboard credit of US$50 per person, up to US$100 per stateroom.

2. Receive a full refund, including any pre-purchased packages. Refunds will be processed after May 1, 2025, and may take up to three weeks to appear, depending on the guest's financial institution.

These schedule adjustments are part of Carnival Cruise Line's ongoing commitment to maintaining its fleet's operational standards and ensuring passenger safety.
