The UK-based P&O Cruises has announced modifications to its 2026 and 2027 schedules for the vessels Arvia and Ventura, citing operational considerations. These adjustments involve the cancellation of certain previously scheduled voyages (roundtrips from Southampton, England) to accommodate new itineraries set to be available for booking in June 2025.
Specifically, Ventura's 13-night itinerary to Spain, Portugal, and the Canaries, originally departing on December 3, 2026, has been cancelled. In its place, Ventura will offer a new 18-night voyage to Cape Verde, with bookings opening on June 4, 2025.
Similarly, Arvia's 14-night itinerary to Spain and France, scheduled for departure on March 29, 2026, has been cancelled. Instead, Arvia will operate two new 7-night Norwegian Fjords itineraries, also available for booking from June 4, 2025.
Passengers affected by the cancellations have been notified via email and provided with alternative options or compensation as per the company's policies.
