U by Uniworld’s First Ship Sets Sail

U by Uniworld’s first ship began its maiden voyage along Seine River on October 7.

The newly renovated sister cruise ships – The A (formerly River Ambassador) and The B (formerly River Baroness) – offer adventurous and fun travel for its guests aged 21-45 years old. The B set sail on Saturday. Supermodel Petra Nemcova led the ship's renaming ceremony onboard.

The 120-guest The B was renamed after extensive design changes and renovations of Uniworld’s River Baroness.

Both ships have black exteriors and feature sleek interior design with rooftop lounges and open communal spaces.

The B has 4 suites, 29 studio bedrooms, 26 balcony bedrooms and 2 studio bedrooms with triple occupancy. All accommodations offer waterfront views and built-in Bluetooth speakers.

It boasts a couple of rooftop venues, spa, international DJs, mixologists, communal tables for dining, farm-to-table cuisine.

The itineraries of The A and The B begin in April next year with prices starting at GBP159 per person per day. Both vessels cruise along Seine, Rhine, Main and Danube rivers with overnights and longer stays in major cities, such as Amsterdam, Budapest, Paris, Vienna.
