Melilla Cruise Forum is organized by consulting and media company Cruises News Media Group, specializing in cruise industry, and organizer of International Cruise Summit in Madrid.

In 2016, the number of cruise passengers arriving at Port of Melilla was 1,224 but the growth potential is significant. The importance of port infrastructure for industry's development and the need to provide local tourism services adapted to the cruise market's trends is evident.

Melilla is an interesting destination to be discovered, as this was verified by the success of city's participation at Seatrade Global fair in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in March.

The forum will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m. on May 9, and will be presented by professionals and experts active in cruise industry with the participation of Holland America, Princess, MSC Cruises, PullmanturSeabourn and Columbus Cruise Service company.
