Zen Cruises, which is a new venture established by Essel Group, emerged as buyer of P&O Cruises Australia's Pacific Jewel, a report said.
Meanwhile, Essel Group (headquartered in Mumbai India) appointed Jurgen Bailom as President and CEO of Zen Cruises Pvt Ltd.
According to company's announcement, via Bailom's appointment Essel Group heralded the news of India's premium cruise line purchasing its first cruise ship, the 70,285 GT, 2,000-passenger Pacific Jewel from P&O Australia.
According to the information on its website, Essel Group is a conglomerate featuring presence in a variety of businesses that range from media to financial services and healthy living.
