Carnival Hosts Halloween Celebrations During All October Cruises

Carnival Cruise Line announced its “Frightfully Fun” festivities taking place during all voyages throughout the month of October 2018.

Highlights of the month-long “spook-tacular” include the debut of Patch the Pumpkin Pirate, a swashbuckling seafarer who towers twelve feet tall and greets passengers as they board each ship. Children can gather around Patch while enjoying Scary Story Time hosted by vessel's cruise director.

Halloween is nothing without trick or treating, so the young as well as the young at heart, are able to stock up on candy or other goodies from costumed crew members at various venues throughout Carnival ships. The event concludes with Halloween costume contest with prizes for the most creative.

All-ages activities, such as Patch’s Deck Party, Thriller dance classes, Halloween-themed trivia and pumpkin-carving contest, along with poolside DiveIn Movies featuring scary films like Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, Dracula Untold and It, are also offered.

Travellers can also enjoy Halloween treats along with custom libations including the Green Goblin and Witches Brew.
