Disney Cruise Line will embark on various itineraries around the world in summer 2020, including a return to Greece and the addition of 5 first-time European ports of call. Along with an expanded season in Europe aboard Disney Magic, adventures continue across the fleet with voyages to Alaska, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. Bookings open on March 7.
- Alaskan Adventures. In 2020, Disney Wonder returns to Alaska for the summer, opening up a world of magnificent glaciers and unique wildlife. The 7-night itineraries depart from Vancouver with visits to Dawes Glacier, Juneau, Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, and Skagway.
- European Explorations. Disney Magic returns to Greece in summer 2020 after 5 years, as part of 3 Mediterranean voyages from Rome. During a 12-night and two 9-night cruises, passengers can see archeological wonders of destinations like Katakolon, Piraeus, the islands of Crete, Santorini, and Mykonos. Two of the trips include a new port of call, Messina, Sicily. Additional new European ports of call include Gdynia, Nordfjordeid, Plymouth, and Zeebrugge.
- Tropical Travel to the Bahamas and Caribbean. In addition to 7-night eastern and western Caribbean voyages from Port Canaveral, close to Orlando FL, Disney Fantasy is due to embark on various itineraries to the Bahamas and Caribbean throughout summer 2020. These include 5- and 9-night Caribbean cruises, along with 3-, 4- and 5-night Bahamian journeys, 3 of which feature 2 stops at line's private island, Castaway Cay. Disney Dream is expected to provide even more opportunities for passengers to visit Castaway Cay in summer 2020 with 3-, 4- and 5-night Bahamian voyages, including a series of trips with 2 calls on the private island.
- Guided Experiences with Adventures by Disney. During summer 2020, Disney passengers can enrich their vacation with add-on packages from Adventures by Disney, the leader in family guided group cruise vacations. Highlights include a return to Alaska, popular packages in the Mediterranean and northern Europe, and new ways to experience the Caribbean.
- Pre-Cruise Escapes. Adventures by Disney offers pre-cruise vacations in London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, and Rome. The 2- to 3-night Escapes feature iconic cities and private visits to the Sistine Chapel in Rome and the Vatican Museums, along with activities like mosaic making, preparing local cuisine, and flamenco dancing.
