Carnival's Newest Ship Successfully Completes Sea Trials

Carnival Cruise Line’s newest vesselCarnival Panorama successfully completed her sea trials in the Adriatic Sea in anticipation of her inaugural cruise from Long Beach CA on December 11, 2019, becoming Carnival’s first newbuild liner deployed to serve USA's West Coast in 20 years.

Currently, in the final stages of building at Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera, Italy, Panorama had a full contingent of technicians, engineers, and officers onboard who thoroughly tested the mechanical, navigation, and technical systems of the ship.

Carnival Panorama will feature a variety of accommodations, such as the tropics-inspired Havana area with colourful staterooms and Cuban-themed pool and bar; Family Harbor with extra-large staterooms and Family Harbor Lounge; as well as luxurious Cloud 9 Spa staterooms with special privileges and amenities.

Following an inaugural 3-day voyage to Ensenada Mexico, Panorama will launch year-round 7-day Mexican Riviera voyages from Long Beach on December 14. The week-long adventures are expected to visit spectacular seaside resorts including Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta.
