Viking Cruises announces 136-day "2021-2022 Viking World Cruise"

Viking Cruises introduced its 136-day, 27-country world cruise for 2021-2022.

The 136-day package named the "2021-2022 Viking World Cruise" features overnights in 11 major cities including Yangon, Auckland, Singapore, Mumbai, Luxor, Haifa, and Istanbul.

The voyage will leave on December 24, 2021, from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades, Florida), according to a press release.

Up to 930 passengers will be able to sail on Viking Star through the Panama Canal, up along the US West Coast, across the Pacific to Hawaii and onto New Zealand, through Asia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean. The journey ends in London UK.

The 136-day option covers a total of 56 ports of call, though passengers can also pick the 119-day option "2022 World Cruise Horizons" leaving on January 10, 2022, from Los Angeles CA that covers 49 ports in 22 countries before concluding in London.

Once vacationers arrive in London UK at the conclusion of their sailings, they'll have the option to remain onboard for 3 days.

Both packages cost US$49,995 per person. Those who book until September 30, 2020, receive US$2,000 per person in "shore excursion credit for any optional land programs" and US$1,000 per person "in shipboard credit."
