Uniworld expands cruise-and-train program 2022

Uniworld added 2 itineraries to its "cruise and rail" program 2022 as the river cruise company prepares to launch a brand new trade platform.

Uniworld will offer 3 departures with an 18-day "Milano, Venice and Istanbul" cruisetour itinerary with the fully-reconstructed riverboat SS La Venezia in July-August 2022.

Also new is the 12-day "Enchanting Danube and The Castles of Transylvania" cruisetour itinerary from Budapest to Bucharest on the riverboat SS Maria Theresa, with included train travel in Romania. Scheduled are all 8 departures (March-October 2022). An early booking discount of 12% is offered on both new cruise-and-train voyages for bookings made by March 31, 2021.

The 3rd Uniworld cruise-and-rail package is for the 14-day "Milan, Venice and the Swiss Alps" cruisetour itinerary (Milano to Zurich) scheduled for 2021 and 2022.

All packages are via a partnership with Golden Eagle Luxury Trains - the UK's "Trans-Siberian Express" operator.

Uniworld Support Hub (trading platform) launches in January 2021 and contains digital brochures and content designed to help travel agents host virtual events to sell Uniworld deals. The new online platform boast a white-label letter, recommending Uniworld that the travel agencies can tailor with their details and send to customer databases.

Sales assets were previously sent to travel partners via email. Media (10-minute videos) showcasing various Uniworld-operated destinations and rivers have been added to the hub.
