RCI-Royal Caribbean International's newest Quantum Ultra Class ship Odyssey of the Seas arrived in Port Limassol Cyprus to collect its crew ahead of the final preparations for the inaugural Eastern Mediterranean summer 2021 season.

~700 crew are expected to board the liner in the following 3 days from Limassol. After boarding is completed, the cruise liner will be in full crew capacity along with the 650 crew and construction workers who boarded when Odyssey OTS was handed over to RCI on March 31.

Contractors working on the finishing touches during the past month will disembark the vessel as the new crew members arrive. Travel arrangements had to be planned in advance since crew members arrive from different parts of the world.

The ~700 crew waiting to board Odyssey OTS were accommodated in the 5-star Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in Limassol.
