Viking OCEAN's cruise ship Viking Orion anchored on Friday, May 21, to complete quarantine before the homeporting in Bermuda.

According to Bermuda's transport minister Lawrence Scott, the boat would remain in Great Sound for 6 days so the 460 crew could complete their 14-day quarantine.

From Bermuda, Viking Orion will sail on 8-day itineraries visiting Hamilton, St George, King's Wharf (Royal Naval Dockyard) but the ship will be operated with a 50% reduced passenger capacity (450 tourists per voyage).

Only vaccinated passengers and crew members are allowed onboard. Tough measures will be used to prevent the potential spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
