On September 22, Port Southampton (England UK) welcomed RSSC-Regent's luxury ship Seven Seas Splendor, the first cruise ship from the port's cruise partner NCLH-Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to make an official call at the new Horizon Cruise Terminal.

The vessel then departed on a 14-night international voyage which is scheduled to end in Barcelona Spain following calls in France and Portugal.

The Port’s GBP 55 million, multi-user terminal is a strategic partnership with MSC and NCLH.

The NCLH partnership with the Port secures regular calls from the Holdings for a number of years. The call by Seven Seas Splendor marked the first ship’s first visit to this partnership.
