AmaDouro cabins and suites

Most AmaDouro cabins are French Balcony staterooms, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a railing. All Suites include a second floor-to-ceiling window. There are six cabin categories onboard, with each cabin accommodating up to two guests.

Below is a review of AmaDouro's staterooms, highlighting furnishings, included amenities, and complimentary services:

Each stateroom features hotel-style beds (queen or twin configuration, 200 x 160 cm) with plush bedding, generous under-bed and wardrobe storage, individual climate control, and dual-voltage outlets (220V/110V).

All staterooms have a private bathroom equipped with a glass-door shower, multi-jet shower head, hairdryer, and premium bath products. Additional amenities include a mirrored vanity with chair, wardrobe, wireless phone, electronic safe (located in the closet), two portable long-range Wi-Fi audio devices (used during tours), daily complimentary bottled water, and thermostat-controlled air conditioning. Suites offer extra comfort with a lounge area (featuring a full-size sofa, low table with two chairs, and a mini-bar) and a larger bathroom with a full-size bathtub.

Each cabin includes a 42-inch HDTV with satellite/local reception and movies-on-demand, as well as an infotainment system offering in-room complimentary Internet and real-time bridge cam views.

All four Suites (cabins 301-302-303-304, located on Porto Deck) feature a full-size, open-air balcony, separated from the lounge area by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Bathrooms include a separate WC and shower (no bathtub) and a double sink vanity. Bonus amenities for Suite guests include a Welcome Aboard bottle of wine, a mini-bar replenished daily, and fresh fruit.

Balcony cabins offer bathrooms with separate WC and shower, a walk-in closet, and an open-air balcony with electronically-controlled glass doors (two opening floor-to-ceiling windows). They also feature three closets and a bathroom with WC, sink, and shower.

Cabins in categories E and D, located on Douro Deck, have a non-opening porthole window positioned high on the riverside wall.

Complimentary amenities and services include unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (with shipwide coverage), unlimited wine, beer, and soft drinks during lunch and dinner, and complimentary shore excursions. These guided walking and biking tours are led by local English-speaking expert guides, with complimentary bicycles available on board.
