Azura cabins and suites

P&O Azura cruise ship cabins for disabled passengers (wheelchair-accessible staterooms) are available in the following categories and locations: Suite (Deck 14 – B2 #R415), Balcony (Deck 9 – DB #D304-D308, DD #D703-D707; Deck 10 – HB #C301-C304; Deck 11 – HB #B301-B304; Deck 12 – HB #A301-A304; Deck 14 – HC #R301-R304), Oceanview (Deck 8 – MC #E301-E302, NC #E303-E304), and Inside (Deck 5 – PC #P340; Deck 12 – PB #A312; Deck 14 – PC #R312; Deck 15 – PF #L248-L252). There are a total of 35 cabin categories.

Below is a review of P&O Cruises Azura staterooms in terms of furniture, amenities, and included (complimentary) services:

Penthouse Suites are two-level accommodations connected by spiral stairs. The upper level is 360 ft² / 33 m² and includes a balcony, while the lower level is 575 ft² / 53 m² and also features a balcony. Penthouse cabins include a master bedroom (upper level) with two single beds (electronically adjustable/convertible to a king), a dressing area (walk-in closet), a bathroom with whirlpool tub, separate shower, WC, and dual sinks. The lower level has a lounge/seating area with an L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a six-seat dining table with chairs, a bar area, a baby grand piano, a library corner (chair and music equipment), and a guest bathroom (WC and sink).

Suite and Mini-Suite accommodations feature two twin beds (convertible to a king), a bathroom with a separate shower, full-size whirlpool tub, dual sinks, WC, steamers, footstool, and hairdryer. They also include a guest bathroom (WC), a lounge/seating area (sofa, table, armchairs), smart HDTV, mini stereo, radio, phone, safe, daily steward service, mini-bar/refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, individual air conditioning, vanity (desk and chair), and wardrobe/drawers.

Bonus amenities for Penthouse and Suite guests include butler service, Welcome Aboard gifts (fruit, flowers, Champagne, bottled water, chocolates), cotton robes, slippers, premium bath products, daily newspapers/magazines, atlas, binoculars, and daily in-room canapés. All Suites and Balcony cabins feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening onto a private veranda furnished with a table and reclining chairs.

Deluxe Balcony cabins offer two lower/twin beds (convertible to a king), a bathroom with a shower, WC, and small bathtub, as well as daily cabin steward service. Amenities include HDTV, phone, radio, safe, hairdryer, atlas, binoculars, mini-bar/refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, vanity (desk and chair), wardrobe/drawers, and individual air conditioning.

Oceanview (outside) cabins feature a picture window and include the same amenities as Balcony cabins. Inside cabins have identical amenities but do not include a window or balcony. Staterooms #A200-A201 are equipped with double sofas as additional beds.

Azura’s Single cabins fall under category RE-Oceanview and are located forward on Decks 11-A and 9-C. These staterooms are designed specifically for solo travelers and can be booked with single occupancy rates.

Bonus amenities available in all cabin types include bottled mineral water upon embarkation and a luxury pamper pack. In cabins shared by three or four passengers that feature upper berths, the lower twin beds cannot be pushed together.

All Azura staterooms are equipped with UK standard 3-pin sockets. Shaver points are located in the bathrooms. The onboard power supply is 220V (frequency 60Hz). Plug socket locations are as follows: one in the bathroom (110V/220V), two by the vanity table and phone (220V), three near the beds and two near the sofa by the TV (110V), and one near the mini-bar/fridge (220V).

Note: Prior to 2017, all Suites included ironing facilities (iron, ironing board, trouser press). This amenity is no longer provided.
