Seabourn Venture cabins and suites

Seabourn Venture cruise ship has a total of 132 cabins, all with balconies and arranged in 12 suite categories. Like all Seabourn vessels, Venture is an all-suite ship.

Seabourn Venture suites vary in size depending on the category and deck location. The nautical-themed ultra-luxury design resembles that of a boutique hotel and incorporates mahogany wood, fine fabrics, marble bathrooms, spacious closets, comfortable lounge and sleeping areas, and well-stocked complimentary minibars.

Below is a review of Seabourn Venture staterooms (suite accommodations), including their furniture, amenities, and included (complimentary) services.

Each passenger stateroom features a large lounge/living area with comfortable seating, ample storage space (large walk-in closet, plush bathrobes, slippers), and a spacious all-marble bathroom (polished stone, double-sink vanity, full bathtub, separate shower and toilet/WC, terry towels, hairdryer, luxury bath products including designer soaps). Suites also include a queen bed (most convertible to two twin beds), luxury bedding (Egyptian cotton linens and duvets, pillow menu), dining table, writing desk with stationery, mirrored vanity table with chair, media center (interactive smart UHDTV with satellite reception, DVDs, CDs, radio, Internet, on-demand movies), makeup vanity, umbrella, world atlas, and 24-hour room service (complimentary, with a personal suite stewardess). Additional amenities include complimentary in-room dining (orders from all restaurants' menus), complimentary laundry and ice service, nightly turndown service, welcome gifts (Champagne, canapes, flowers, fruits), and 110/220V power outlets.

All cabins also feature a complimentary in-suite minibar and mini-fridge (refrigerator fully stocked with wines, spirits, bottled water, soft drinks, and beer, replenished upon request), full-length windows (wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling), and sliding doors opening to a private step-out balcony (all-teak, with lounge furniture and metal-glass railings).

• Penthouse and higher-category suites feature dining tables, two HDTVs, and larger vanity tables. Owner's and higher-category suites include a second/guest bathroom, whirlpool bathtub, pantry (wet bar), convertible sofabed, and complimentary Internet. Signature Suites have wraparound balconies.
• Wintergarden Suites feature a 4-seat dining table, solarium (whirlpool, daybed), 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), guest bathroom (shower), convertible single sofabed, 2 bars, pantry (wet bar), 3 closets, 3 TVs, and complimentary Internet.
• (New category GR) Grand Wintergarden Suites are duplex accommodations (two floors, positioned midship on decks 7-8) that combine a Wintergarden Suite with an adjacent Veranda Suite.
• The Venture ship does not have Seabourn’s Window Suites (rooms with a large window instead of a balcony). Grand Suites are connecting-cabin categories.

Wheelchair-accessible cabins (for disabled passengers) feature locations near elevators, wider doors, bathrooms with roll-in showers only, and larger turning spaces. Handicap staterooms are five in total and are available in categories PH-Penthouse (2 rooms: #824, 825) and V2-V4-Veranda (3 rooms: #737, 738, 800).

Through the company's loyalty program, "Seabourn Club," Silver Level and higher passengers receive free Internet (limited and unlimited packages), free phone calls (20-30-40 minutes worldwide), a complimentary spa massage, a day pass for the Spa Serene Area, free laundry (1 bag for every 7 days on the ship), discounted pricing on onboard alcohol purchases (premium wines and spirits), future cruise booking discounts, luggage shipping service discounts, and access to special offers and exclusive onboard events.

Seabourn shipboard smoking policy

According to Seabourn Cruises' smoking policy (implemented in 2017), smoking is not allowed in any indoor venue, including cabins and cabin balconies.

• Smoking is also banned in the ship's Observation Lounge (previously allowed after 8 pm). Smoking is permitted in the Sky Bar's open-air starboard area (midship Deck 10) and on the starboard open-air pool terrace of The Club lounge (Deck 5 aft).
• Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and pipes is allowed on the Seabourn Square lounge's open-air terrace (Deck 7 aft).
• Smoking e-cigarettes in cabins is allowed.

Seabourn passengers who do not comply with the ship's smoking policy will be charged a cleaning fee (USD 250 per day).
