Tere Moana deck plan changes – 2012 refurbishment review
In 2012, immediately after her acquisition by Paul Gauguin (PG) Cruises, Tere Moana underwent an extensive multi-million-dollar drydock refurbishment in Lisbon, Portugal. Updates to onboard facilities and amenities included:
- new furniture and upholstery
- a new art collection
- energy-saving LED lighting
- renovated deck flooring and carpeting
- replacement of wall and floor coverings throughout all passenger cabins and public areas
- upgraded cabin amenities to meet PG Cruises’ standards
- deck plan modifications, including new balconies added to eight staterooms
The ship was last refurbished in 2018 at the Naval Rocha shipyard in Lisbon, Portugal.
