The Patio Grill (aft) serves the swimming pool area with grilled BBQ specialities, salads, side dishes, fresh pizza (by the slice). Patio Grill is open for casual alfresco lunches and throughout the afternoons (weather permitting). Dinners are full menu and in alfresco (outdoor) setting. Chef Keller developed for The Patio Grill a signature Napa burger and an artisanal hot dog named Yountwurst (after Yountville CA). Chef Thomas Keller is the owner of the restaurants Per Se (Manhattan NYC), Bouchon Bakery and Cafe (Manhattan NYC), The French Laundry (Yountville CA), Ad Hoc (Yountville CA), and Bouchon Bistro (Yountville CA).
