The Colonnade (speciality restaurant) is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Master chefs here cook in an open kitchen so passengers can watch the food preparation process. The dinner menu is differently themed each day of the cruise. The special theme nights offer Chef Keller-influenced dinners with interpretations of classic comfort dishes, including Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs served family-style on platters. The Colonnade restaurant has an outdoor Terrace with al-fresco seating area.
