Viking Rota deck plans

Viking Rota (built in 2026) is one of Viking's Longships. This large riverboat is named after Rota—in Norse mythology, a rebellious Valkyrie associated with chaos, often linked to Gunnr (another Valkyrie) and Skuld (the youngest of the Norns, the goddesses of fate).

Viking Rota’s deck plan includes a total of 95 staterooms for 190 passengers (served by 53 crew and staff), 4 passenger decks (3 with cabins), a two-story Atrium (a glass-roof-covered midship area), and 1 glass-enclosed elevator (connecting the Main and Upper decks only). Dining venues include two restaurants—the Dining Room and the Aquavit Terrace/Lido Buffet. Public areas also feature the Observation Bar Lounge, Library, Foyer (lobby area with Boutique Shop and Reception Desk), and Sun Deck with Sky Bar (a forward-located outdoor seating area with tables and chairs). Additional highlights include the SkyLight (glass roof over the Atrium), Wheelhouse (Bridge), shaded seating area (covered by a large retractable awning and encircled by a walking track), Aft Sundeck with a putting green (mini-golf), Herb Garden (organic herbs), and a deck games area (shuffleboard and giant outdoor chessboard).

The Viking Longship has no self-service laundry facilities (laundromats), swimming pool or whirlpool, or wellness facilities (such as a spa/beauty salon, sauna, or fitness/gym room). Passengers may use wellness facilities at luxury hotels along the cruisetour itinerary.
