RCI-Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas restarts service after a 2-year pause

RCI-Royal Caribbean's Voyager of the Seas restarted sailings on April 15, after a 2-year operational pause due to the COVID crisis.

It is the first time in ten years that the liner set sail to Europe after cruising regularly in Asia/the Pacific.

Voyager OTS welcomed guests in Barcelona (Spain) and departŠµd for a Northern European itinerary to Cartagena Spain (Apr 16), Gibraltar, UK (Apr 17), Lisbon, Portugal (Apr 19), Amsterdam, Netherlands (Apr 22), and Copenhagen, Denmark (Apr 24).

In September, Voyager OTS will set off on a 2-week Arctic repositioning that will sail out of Copenhagen to Norway/Iceland, followed by an overnight in Reykjavik. The vessel will then sail to Greenland, where passengers will spend 3 days exploring Prins Christian Sund/Qaqortoq/Nuuk. The end of the journey will mark the return to the United States, arriving in Boston (Massachusetts USA) on September 18.
