The newest Margaritaville at Sea vessel, the Margaritaville at Sea Islander, has commenced her voyage to Tampa, Florida USA.
Departing from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast, Northern Ireland, the Islander began her transatlantic journey over the weekend. The ship is expected to take 3 weeks to arrive at Port Tampa Bay.
During her time in Ireland, the ship underwent extensive drydock refurbishment. The crew will complete the final touches during the Transatlantic crossing (RepositionCruises.com).
Starting in June, the Islander will embark on 4- and 5-night roundtrip itineraries visiting Key West FL, and Mexico's Cozumel, and Progreso.
MAS Islander has max passenger capacity 2650, 12 decks, 1105 passenger staterooms.
Islander is the company’s second vessel, following Margaritaville at Sea Paradise ship, which launched in 2022 and is currently homeported in Palm Beach FL.
