RSSC-Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released design renderings and concept details for all seven of its forthcoming speciality dining venues aboard Seven Seas Prestige, scheduled to enter service in December 2026.

Among the new culinary offerings is Azure, a Mediterranean-themed restaurant that will debut a mezze-style dining approach on RSSC’s latest vessel.

Designed to complement the cruise line’s existing reputation for high-end gastronomy, Azure introduces a shared-plate format intended to reflect the communal dining traditions of the Mediterranean region. The venue’s offerings are inspired by the cultural diversity and culinary traditions spanning southern Europe, North Africa, and western Asia. Menus will feature selections across courses, including amuse-bouche, appetisers, entrées, and desserts, reflecting regional influences in both form and flavour. The restaurant’s interior, developed by Studio DADO and AD Associates, adopts a layout and aesthetic intended to evoke authenticity and foster social interaction among guests.

This new addition joins a suite of previously established Regent dining venues that will also be available aboard Seven Seas Prestige. These include Compass Rose, offering a flexible nightly menu; Pacific Rim, with its Pan-Asian focus and dramatic design; Prime 7, a classic steakhouse in an intimate setting; Chartreuse, which presents French cuisine with a contemporary interpretation; Sette Mari at La Veranda, known for traditional Italian fare served in an expansive alfresco setting; and La Veranda, which will serve buffet-style breakfasts and lunches.

In total, Seven Seas Prestige will offer eleven distinct dining experiences, including seven fully included specialty restaurants. Additional food and beverage options on board will range from the Pool Grill for casual meals to the Coffee Connection for pastries and beverages, with 24-hour in-suite dining available to all guests. Premium beverages, including a curated selection of wines and spirits, are incorporated into the fare as part of Regent’s all-inclusive model.

The design ethos across the ship’s dining spaces draws from a variety of cultural and historical sources. Influences cited include celestial navigation themes, early 20th-century European Art Deco, traditional Japanese architectural principles, and industrial motifs derived from the heritage of Chicago.

Jason Montague, serving as Chief Luxury Officer for Regent, noted that gastronomy remains a central tenet of the brand’s offering and confirmed that Seven Seas Prestige aims to expand that legacy through both innovation and refinement. He highlighted Azure in particular as a significant step in evolving the onboard culinary programme.

Detailed menus for each of the restaurants will be disclosed closer to the launch date.

Prospective passengers may register interest in the ship’s inaugural season starting June 11th, 2025, with formal reservations opening on June 25th, through Regent’s website or regional contact centres.
