NCLH honors loyalty across Norwegian, Oceania & Regent

NCLH-Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has introduced a new Loyalty Status Honoring Program that permits loyalty tiers earned under any one of its three brands—Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, or Regent Seven Seas Cruises—to be recognized, on a cruise-by-cruise basis, across the entire portfolio.

As of October 15th, 2025, members of Latitudes Rewards, Oceania Club, and the Seven Seas Society will see their tier matched to the closest equivalent in the brand they sail with, enabling travellers to shift between brands without forfeiting the recognition they have earned.

The initiative is designed to support NCLH’s broader “Charting the Course” strategy by encouraging exploration of its multiple brands, reinforcing guest loyalty, and improving the overall guest experience. Under the new system, standard tier benefits will apply in the host brand, though milestone perks—such as free cruises, cabin upgrades, or special commemorations—will not be included.

Guests must submit a status-honoring request at least ten days before departure, and after a voyage ends their honored status will revert to the tier determined by their actual cruising history in the brand used.
