Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady debuts at PortMiami

Virgin Voyages’ newest vessel, Brilliant Lady, made her inaugural arrival at PortMiami’s Terminal V, marking a notable addition to the line’s expanding fleet. The occasion was commemorated with a large-scale evening event held along the Miami waterfront, where more than two thousand guests—including brand partners, performers, and First Mates—gathered to celebrate the ship’s debut under the illuminated city skyline.

The celebration featured the premiere of Red Hot, a rockumentary-style production inspired by Virgin Records’ storied musical history. Drawing from five decades of the brand’s influence, the performance incorporated music from artists such as the Spice Girls, David Bowie, Queen, Janet Jackson, and The Sex Pistols, complemented by archival footage of Sir Richard Branson. Guests also experienced Up With A Twist, the ship’s Gatsby-era supper club show, alongside exclusive onboard offerings such as Secret Vintage, a speakeasy-style wine tasting, and Rojo, a restaurant showcasing Spanish-inspired cuisine. The evening concluded with Electric, a vividly lit dance event held in The Manor.

Following her Miami debut, Brilliant Lady is set to operate Caribbean itineraries from PortMiami before transiting the Panama Canal to begin sailings along the Mexican Riviera from Los Angeles. In the spring of 2026, she will reposition to Alaska, marking Virgin Voyages’ first entry into the region.

In the autumn of the same year, all four sister ships—Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady—will meet in the Caribbean for the first time, a milestone event in the line’s continued growth and global deployment.
