Mein Schiff Flow reveals InTUItion-class design and suite concept ahead of Dubai debut

TUI Cruises has detailed the design and hospitality framework that will shape the onboard experience aboard Mein Schiff Flow, the cruise line’s forthcoming newbuild scheduled to enter service with a roundtrip deployment from Dubai. The vessel is currently under construction at Fincantieri’s Monfalcone yard in Italy and will be the second ship in the InTUItion class, following the recent delivery of Mein Schiff Relax.

Mein Schiff Flow continues the design direction established for the new class, which places emphasis on spatial clarity, natural light, and a close relationship with the surrounding seascape rather than on individual signature attractions. TUI Cruises has positioned the InTUItion programme as an integrated concept focused on creating a balanced onboard environment defined by openness and ease of movement.

A central element of this approach is the ship’s suite offering, which has been developed as a core component of the overall layout rather than as a separate premium enclave. Mein Schiff Flow will feature five suite categories, ranging from Junior Suites to the Grand Freedom Suites. The interiors follow a consistent design language centred on generous proportions, bright finishes, and a colour scheme influenced by marine tones, including shades of green, blue, and turquoise.

At the top of the accommodation range are two Grand Freedom Suites, each extending across approximately 88 square metres over two decks. These suites incorporate private verandas, separate sleeping areas, two bathrooms, and a private infrared sauna. Extensive use of panoramic glazing reinforces the InTUItion-class emphasis on uninterrupted views and a strong visual connection to the sea.

Suite accommodations are supported by a collection of dedicated guest spaces. On Deck 16, Mein Schiff Flow introduces a purpose-designed suite sun deck equipped with a whirlpool, sun loungers, lounge seating, and a shallow pool area. The space has been arranged to maintain low guest density and clear sightlines, reflecting the class-wide objective of providing calm, open outdoor environments.

Dining is another defining feature of the suite experience. Guests staying in suites will have access to two exclusive restaurants: X-Coast on Deck 6 and the X-View Restaurant on Deck 16. X-Coast, reached via the X-Lounge on Deck 7, adopts a relaxed beach club style and operates throughout the day. X-View offers both indoor and outdoor seating, framed by a wide glass façade designed to maximise ocean views. In the evenings, the venue transitions to a Mediterranean dining concept developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser.

In advance of the ship’s entry into service, TUI Cruises has also introduced a digital preview initiative that allows prospective guests to explore Mein Schiff Flow’s suite areas before sailing. Through personalised three-dimensional tours, guests can virtually navigate the accommodations and private spaces, guided by an AI-generated avatar intended to provide spatial orientation and a realistic representation of the onboard environment.

Together, these elements outline how Mein Schiff Flow is intended to translate the InTUItion-class philosophy into a coherent guest experience as the ship prepares for her inaugural season in the Middle East.
