The UK-based company and travel brand Riviera Travel has announced that it will expand its European fleet with a new riverboat, Riviera Reflection, scheduled to enter service in September 2027.

The ship is being added as the latest member of the company’s Radiance Class and is planned to debut on the Danube River, joining sisterships Riviera Radiance and Riviera Resplendence.

Riviera Reflection will accommodate up to 178 guests across 89 staterooms arranged on three passenger decks, maintaining the design characteristics established by the earlier Radiance-class vessels. Among the features carried forward into the newbuild are a signature split-level lounge and the company's third dining concept, the specialty restaurant/bar lounge Mosaic.

Details regarding itineraries for the new vessel are expected to be released when sales formally open on March 18th, 2026.

Like the sisterships, Riviera Reflection will be long-term exclusively chartered from the shipowner, Scylla AG. The newbuild is part of Riviera Travel’s ongoing effort to expand its river cruises and extend the refined experience for its mainly British clientele on the European waterways.
