Four Seasons Yachts has revealed details of a new category of residential-style accommodations that will debut aboard Four Seasons II, the company’s second yacht, scheduled to enter service in 2028.
The announcement follows the introduction of Four Seasons I and represents the next stage in the expansion of the luxury yachting brand. Like its predecessor, Four Seasons II will maintain a boutique scale, accommodating guests in just 79 suites, while introducing a collection of larger Yacht Residential Suites designed to provide greater living space and privacy at sea.
Positioned on the yacht’s upper decks, the new accommodations will range from two to four bedrooms and are intended to cater to families, larger groups and multi-generational travellers. The suites will feature open-plan layouts incorporating living and dining areas, integrated kitchens and private terraces. Selected residences will also include private splash pools, outdoor showers and dedicated wellness spaces.
The company indicated that the new suite category reflects a broader effort to extend the residential concept at sea while maintaining the personalised service standards associated with the Four Seasons brand. The design approach is intended to create an environment that combines the comfort of a private residence with the amenities of a luxury yacht.
Guests occupying the Yacht Residential Suites will receive dedicated concierge services, with personalised arrangements covering onboard dining preferences, destination experiences and shoreside activities.
Four Seasons II will continue the operating model established aboard the first vessel, including a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio and a programme centred on destination-focused travel, wellness and culinary experiences. The company noted that the new yacht builds upon the foundations established by the inaugural vessel while expanding accommodation options and further enhancing opportunities for personalised travel experiences.
According to Four Seasons Yachts, the introduction of residential-scale suites is intended to broaden access to the brand’s yachting product while preserving its intimate character. The company further indicated that every aspect of the vessel has been designed to create a seamless onboard environment that feels both familiar and highly personalised.
Bookings for the inaugural season of Four Seasons II are already open ahead of the yacht’s planned debut in 2028.
