Crystal has announced a collection of four Wellness at Sea voyages for 2027 aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, introducing a programme centred on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and longevity science. Curated by the line's wellness ambassador and culinary nutritionist, Dalila Roglieri, the sailings are designed around four complementary themes: culinary nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and education in healthy ageing.

Guests will have access to a wide range of activities, including nutritional consultations, cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops, alongside yoga, Pilates, strength training, dance, aqua fitness and pickleball. The programme also incorporates meditation, breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, sound healing and lectures exploring advances in longevity science and healthy ageing. Roglieri noted that the initiative had been developed to offer a variety of approaches to wellbeing, allowing guests to tailor the experience to their individual interests while continuing healthy practices beyond the voyage.

The first sailing will depart aboard Crystal Symphony on March 20th, 2027, crossing the Atlantic from Fort Lauderdale to Las Palmas in the Canary Islands. The itinerary will focus on establishing long-term healthy habits through functional fitness, Pilates-inspired movement, culinary nutrition sessions, one-to-one consultations and restorative practices, complemented by presentations on balance, bone health and ageing.

A second retreat aboard Crystal Serenity will sail from Panama to New York on August 20th, 2027, introducing an expanded pickleball programme led by fitness specialist Kat Valos. Designed for participants of all abilities, the programme combines on-court instruction with conditioning sessions, an onboard tournament and a broader schedule of yoga, strength training, mindfulness activities and nutrition workshops.

Crystal Serenity will host a further wellness voyage from New York to San Juan on October 12th, 2027, blending active recreation with restorative experiences. Alongside the pickleball programme, guests will be offered yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound healing, nutritional guidance and educational sessions dedicated to longevity science.

The final voyage will depart Lisbon for Fort Lauderdale aboard Crystal Symphony on November 8th, 2027. This transatlantic crossing will examine the relationship between food, wine and wellbeing through sensory-based experiences led by Wendy Narby of Bordeaux Experts. The programme will include mindful wine tastings, food pairing discussions, sensory workshops, fitness activities, culinary nutrition sessions and lectures focused on healthy ageing.
