Situated on the Promenade Deck, the restaurant will offer a menu boasting authentic delicacies from the Far East. Half the fun here is the show put on by the talented chefs. It’s the perfect spot for group fun, as the chefs operate at custom-built stations at the center of 8-seat table. With seating limited, it’s a venue guests should plan to make reservations for.

Each meal at Bonsai Teppanyaki will begin with samplings of 5 appetizers, including Miso Soup, Pork Belly Yakitori and Spicy Tuna on the Rocks. From there, passengers will choose from various appetizers and tasty treats. Combination dinners will also be offered, and each meal will end on a note courtesy of Chocolate Bento Box and Green Tea Ice Cream.

The restaurant will be open for lunch only on sea days and for dinner every night, with the price being set on per-person basis covering the entire meal.
