The USPA (Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority) has signed a plan for revival of cruise shipping operations with roundtrips from Black Sea ports for the next three years.

The plan considers Black Sea ports' possibilities of running cruise lines via reporting about safety in Black Sea region and its readiness to receive passenger cruise ships.

Despite the absence of passenger ships, modernization was carried out of Odessa Passenger Terminal: the kinetic facade was equipped, internal premises were repaired.
