The new show “Augenblick” (meaning “Moment”) celebrated a premiere onboard AIDAluna.
The show is a music and artistry program in which performers interact with a LED screen. Spectators enjoy exciting shadow and light effects between the LED screen and the dancers. For example, the actors create and move a LED cube on the wall, pull up virtual pillars and interact with their own supposed image.
In addition to the LED technology use, the futuristic-looking show offers a wealth of other artistic highlights, such as a bungee and cube artistry: an artist performs artistry on bungee rope and hanging cube in dizzying heights along with touching fusion of movement and music.
The AIDAluna audience was impressed by the sophisticated show. From autumn-winter 2018-2019, passengers of other cruise ships can look forward to the new program by AIDA Stars as well.
“Augenblick” is part of the new project “Stars shine brighter at sea”, where 7 ships are being equipped with new show program. Via innovative show concepts, a remake of the well known AIDA formats and comprehensive program for licensed TV shows and pool events, AIDA Cruises offers a different experience with more variety every day.
