MSC Cruises will introduce a two-storey luxury villa for larger and multigenerational families aboard its upcoming flagship, MSC World Atlantic, which is scheduled to begin sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida, in November 2027. The ship’s only accommodation of this type, the Grand Hamptons Villa, will be available to book from the vessel’s inaugural sailings and will offer 2,475+ square feet of indoor and outdoor space for up to 8 guests.
Designed in collaboration with Storyland Studios and inspired by the Hamptons, the villa will feature a double-height living room, private cinema lounge, bar, dining area and oceanfront terrace with a whirlpool bath and lounge seating. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a private terrace, a twin bedroom, a double cabin and a children’s suite with custom bunk beds, individual television screens and a private bathroom. Additional facilities include a library, digital gaming table, LEGO wall and interactive play area.
The accommodation will include access to the MSC Yacht Club, the line’s ship-within-a-ship concept, as well as 24-hour butler and concierge services. Guests will also receive a dedicated cleaning team, Premium Extra Drinks package, Fun Pass, unlimited specialty dining and Wi-Fi. MSC Cruises CEO Gianni Onorato said the villa forms part of the company’s efforts to expand its premium family holiday offering in response to demand for family and multigenerational travel.
MSC World Atlantic will operate alternating seven- and 14-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Port Canaveral, with planned calls at destinations including Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. The villa is designed for larger families, multigenerational groups and two families travelling together, combining private accommodation with access to the ship’s facilities and shore excursions.
