Advantage Travel Partnership's CEO Julia Lo Bue-Said will become the first British godmother of a river ship operated by AmaWaterways.
She will bless the 102-guest AmaDouro at an official ceremony in Porto City (Portugal) on April 12, 2019.
AmaDouro will be homeported in Porto, joining sistership AmaVida on Douro river, running 7-night itineraries.
The ship was built by WestSEA (in Viana do Castelo, Portugal) and is the first of 3 newbuilds that will be added to the fleet of AmaWaterways in 2019, with AmaMagna to sail on the Danube and AmaMora to sail on the Rhine.
