Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia announced details of its 2019 Masters Conference. This year’s participants will be able to enjoy a 7-day long itinerary to Tasmania onboard Princess Cruises’ liner Ruby Princess.
The annual Masters Conference provides CLIA travel agents who achieved Ambassador status with the opportunity to advance their marketing and sales skills in a conference setting while experiencing a CLIA cruise line member's ship first-hand.
US-based motivator and sales guru Scott Koepf will be back to oversee CLIA Australasia’s 22nd Masters and take participants through a series of seminars on various topics from understanding marketing, mastering customer service, life planning to hands-on sales skills.
The conference schedule involves 6 three-hour sessions in a format which offers plenty of time to learn and ample leisure time to enjoy the cruise ship and ports of call.
The 6-day voyage departs from Sydney on November 2, calling at Hobart and Port Arthur prior to returning to Sydney November 8.
