U River Cruises (Uniworld) unveiled new itineraries and the relaunch of The B ship (fka River Baroness) for 2020. U’s 7-night itineraries, launching April 2020, will head to popular European destinations including Bratislava, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Vienna, Salzburg, and more. Voyages include overnights, complimentary happy hours, and more active excursions.
The A (fka River Ambassador), named “One of the World’s Greatest Places” by TIME Magazine, offers the new Vienna Vibe and Eastern Europe Escapes itineraries, while The B offers the Amsterdam and Brussels Bound voyage and an updated Rolling on the Rhine itinerary. 2-week Super Ship Cruises are available, combining the options without repeating ports.
2020 U River Cruises’ itineraries include:
- Amsterdam & Brussels Bound. Beginning April 3, 2020, The B’s new 8-day itinerary sails between Amsterdam and Brussels to new destinations for the U brand, such as Rotterdam, Middelburg, Ghent, Antwerp.
- Vienna Vibe. Beginning April 10, 2020, the 8-day itinerary sails between Nuremberg and Vienna, visiting Regensburg, Passau, Linz, Melk, Krems.
- Rolling on the Rhine. Beginning April 17, 2020, the itinerary sails between Amsterdam and Frankfurt, visiting Hoorn, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Koblenz, Rudesheim.
- Eastern Europe Escape. Beginning April 24, 2020, the itinerary sails between Vienna and Belgrade, visiting Bratislava, Budapest, Mohacs, Novi Sad.
U’s itineraries include 3 daily meals, select shore trips, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary happy hour every day, onboard local U hosts, onboard gratuities as well as other popular activities like mixology classes, a local DJ, silent discos, rooftop yoga, paint & wine classes.
