Booked customers of NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line were surprised by the changes being made to the room service fees. NCL raised the mandatory fee for all room service orders by US$2 per order, with the only exceptions being Haven Suite passengers and continental breakfasts orders.
NCL cruisers who would typically pay USD 7.95 fee per order are now charged USD 9.95. The cruise company first added the mandatory room service fee back in April 2015.
