   January 25, 2020 ,   Cruise Industry

The Croatian industrial company DIV Group entered into an agreement to take-over Kleven Verft (shipyard in Ulsteinvik Norway) from its current owner Hurtigruten AS.

This transaction is subject to the final documentation process that is expected to be finalized during the next weeks. DIV Group is one of Croatia's largest industrial corporations and also owns Brodosplit Shipyard (since 2013) located in Split Croatia.

For both Hurtigruten as the owner and Kleven management, it has been important that the competence and identity are taken care of. Kleven Verft will keep its name. The yard will proceed as a separate company but as a part of DIV Group.
