Carnival Announces New Travel Restrictions Due to the Coronavirus

Carnival Cruise Line announced new travel restrictions because of the Coronavirus outbreak. All passengers who have traveled to China in the last 14 days before their embarkation day won't be allowed to sail, the company revealed.

The travel restrictions were put in place after receiving advice from CLIA and health officials.

Other cruise companies adopted similar restrictions. All cruise lines will take additional precautions via passive and active screenings of crew and passengers before embarking.

The Bahamas also put in stricter regulations. The island nation is not allowing any travellers who have been to China in the last twenty days.
