Carnival Corporation's premium brand Princess Cruises confirmed that its newest ship Enchanted Princess had successfully completed sea trials in Italy. The newbuild set out to sea before going through a series of test maneuvers. Following the sea trials, the vessel is now docked at Fincantieri's Monfalcone Shipyard for finishing.
Enchanted Princess is the 5th Royal-class cruise ship in the Princess fleet, with fleetmates and sisterships Royal Princess (2013), Regal Princess (2014), Majestic Princess (2017), Sky Princess (2019) and Discovery Princess (scheduled for 2021).
One more Royal-class liner (still unnamed) is on order and scheduled for launch in 2022.
