Princess Cruises added 3 itineraries to the 2021 ex-UK season of Regal Princess, replacing a cancelled 24-night Canadian Adventure trip on the same vessel.
The decision to scrap the longer cruise follows the Canadian Transport Ministry’s Interim Order to extend the closure of Canadian ports and waters to passenger ships, which expires on February 28, 2022.
Regal Princess, scheduled to sail from Southampton UK later this year, will now sail on a 12-night Canary Islands cruise, a 7-night Spain & France voyage, and a 5-night Belgium & Netherlands sampler sailing.
The Canary Islands cruise is departing from Southampton UK on September 18, 2021, visiting Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and Arrecife (Lanzarote). Prices start from GBP 900.
The 3 cruises go on sale on March 2.
In 2022, Princess offers a 25-night Canada and New England cruise departing on September 24 from Southampton UK on Sky Princess. The round-trip itinerary features an overnight in New York and guests can visit other ports-of-call including Boston MA, Rhode Island, and Maine US.
