NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line commemorates Women’s Day

   March 7, 2021 ,   Cruise Industry

In honor of the 110th anniversary of International Women’s Day, NCL-Norwegian Cruise Line is launching a month-long effort encouraging its employees to “Step Up, Speak Up, Stand Up, and Never, Ever Give Up.”

The message of empowerment comes at a time when NCL marks 1-year of fleetwide cruise suspension due to the global Coronavirus/COVID crisis.

Throughout March, NCL will be hosting speed-mentoring sessions, as well as conversations with female leaders and encouraging team members to share their empowerment stories and show appreciation of team members around the world.
