Ponant unveiled a selection of original summer 2022 cruises designed to meet everyone’s desires.

There are 150+ sailings covering the Mediterranean, Arctic, North Europe, North America, Kimberley (Australia), Japan, and French Polynesia.

The eco-responsible, high-end cruises aboard 10 of the company's small yachts offer a high level of comfort to explore the world. On unusual ports of call, naturalist guides and experts in their field share their expertise with passengers as they explore the treasures of the regions visited.

Corsica and Brittany: a pair of 100% French routes (Wild and authentic Corsica & Brittany: between wild coasts and lighthouses). After these itineraries proved a success last year, Ponant is continuing them in 2022. Around France’s Ile de Beaute, the line’s favorite spots feature Saint-Florent, Gulf of Santa-Manza (near Bonifacio), Pointe de la Parata (near Ajaccio), Calvi, and Cape Roccapina. On the Celtic side, this route pays homage to the majestic lighthouses of Brittany, from Brehat island through Ouessant to Pointe des Poulains in the north of Belle Isle.

The Mediterranean as seen from the sea (Ancient civilizations of the Eastern Mediterranean). The sailings explore from Italy's shores to Dubrovnik and the Cyclades. 50+ cruises combine the dolce vita of the Italian Riviera, the charms of the Adriatic, and the treasures of Antiquity in the eastern Med.

Port of Dubrovnik (Croatia, Port Cruz)

8-day Polar expedition cruise in the heart of Svalbard Archipelago (Unexplored Svalbard). Ponant sets sail for the Kongsfjorden glaciers and the Nordvest-Spitsbergen National Park, then heading west to the shores of the north-eastern Svalbard nature reserve and Strait of Hinlopen. During the daily Zodiac outings, accompanied by naturalist guides, guests may be lucky to spot polar bears.

An enchanted break in Icelandic fjords (Icelandic Mosaic). Highlights of the itinerary include:

  • Sailing among the fjords of Iceland, between glaciers, volcanoes and geysers
  • Tour of Reykjavík, the northernmost capital of the world
  • Opportunity to discover the Golden Circle: 3 of the most emblematic sites of Icelnd
  • Visit to Grimsey Island with its volcanic rock forms of basalt columns
  • Exploring Heimaey, the only inhabited island of Vestmannaeyjar archipelago.
