DCL-Disney Cruise Line is expected to put its ex-UK voyages this summer on sale on April 30, 2021.
MS Disney Magic itineraries are scheduled to depart from homeports London-Tilbury, Southampton, Liverpool, and Newcastle. The boat will sail mostly 2- and 3-night cruises to nowhere, as well as limited 4-night roundtrips from Southampton and Liverpool only.
Liverpool departures commence in July, from Southampton - in August, and from Newcastle and London-Tilbury - in September.
Bookings for Castaway Club (loyalty program) members open on April 28.
DCL said it was implementing “multiple layers of health and safety measures considering guidance from the UK government, health authorities and medical experts”.
Those include COVID-19 testing, reduced guest capacity, health screenings, face coverings, physical distancing, enhanced cleaning. More details regarding the measures will be available before booking.
The cruise line is yet to confirm its policy on vaccinations for passengers “given that the situation with vaccines continues to evolve quickly”.
