Crystal Endeavor departs Ushuaia (Argentina) on her first expedition voyage to Antarctica

On Thursday (November 18), Crystal Cruises' megayacht Crystal Endeavor departed from Port Ushuaia (Argentina) on her inaugural cruise to Antarctica – the first in a series of 8x roundtrips (11- to 19-night itineraries) scheduled for the polar-class boat.

Crystal Endeavor'sAntarctic voyages feature outdoor adventure activities like Zodiac boat landings, expedition hikes, sea kayaking, wildlife viewing. The journey includes the crossing of the famed Drake Passage and calls at the British overseas territories South Shetland, Falklands, South Georgia, as well as cruising through Weddell Sea and exploring the Antarctic Peninsula.

The itineraries are curated for maximum flexibility, allowing the team of experts to incorporate “expedition days” when favorable weather conditions invite the chance for discovery.
