American Heritage cabins review
Follows the review of Queen of the Mississippi/American Heritage riverboat cabins, including amenities, furnishings, and complimentary services:
- Hotel-style beds (king or two twins, size 200 x 160 cm, no under-bed space for luggage), bedside tables with lamps, open closet, one or two dressers with drawers, individual climate control, and a medical emergency button.
- Each stateroom features a private, hotel-style, full-size bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and Judith Jackson premium bath amenities (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, moisturizer, mouthwash, facial bar, bath soaps, vanity kit). Additional in-room features include a smart HDTV (with local/satellite channels), DVD player, phone (for onboard communication only), coffee maker, digital clock, a seating area with a small table and one or two swivel chairs, and a vanity desk.
- Owner’s Suites are more spacious and include added amenities such as fresh flowers, terry robes, mini-bar, and in-room dining service (continental breakfast served on the balcony).
All cabin balconies are the same size across categories, each furnished with a small table and two chairs.
Complimentary shipwide Wi-Fi Internet access is available, with several Internet stations located throughout the ship.
Also complimentary are alcoholic beverages (beer and wine at lunch and dinner), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks (soda, water, juices, coffee, tea), snacks, and room service.
American Cruise Lines fares do not include gratuities, shore excursions or tours, and port fees.
American Heritage has two wheelchair-accessible cabins for disabled passengers: one in category A-Window (on Deck 1/Main) and one in category AAR (on Deck 2), both conveniently located near the elevator.
The ship also features a total of 19 single-occupancy cabins for solo travelers, bookable without a single supplement.
