Here is the review of the American Jazz ship cabins, including amenities, furniture, and complimentary services:
All staterooms feature a private step-out balcony accessible from the living area via a sliding, floor-to-ceiling glass door. The balconies are the same size, regardless of the cabin category. Each balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs.
The hotel-style beds (King-size or two twins, measuring 200 x 160 cm) offer ample under-bed storage space for suitcases. Other furnishings include bedside tables with lamps, an open closet, 1 or 2 dressers (with drawers), individual climate control, and a medical emergency button.
Each accommodation has a private, hotel-style full-size bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and Judith Jackson premium bath amenities (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, moisturizer, mouthwash, facial bar, bath soaps, vanity kit). Other in-room amenities include a smart HDTV (with local/satellite reception), DVD player, phone (for onboard communication only), coffee maker, digital clock/alarm, a seating area (with a small table and 1 or 2 swivel chairs), and a mirrored vanity desk.
The Suites are divided into 3 categories: GS (Grand Suite), OS (Owner’s Suite), and VS (Veranda Suite). These are the largest staterooms and offer extra amenities, such as fresh flowers, terry robes, a refrigerated mini-bar, and in-room dining service (continental breakfast served on the balcony). The Grand Suites, located on Deck 3 (aft), feature floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding doors that open to a wrap-around balcony, and marble bathrooms with a double-sink vanity.
Complimentary services include Wi-Fi Internet access (shipwide coverage) and several Internet computers located throughout the cruise ship. Free drinks include beer and wine at lunch/dinner, unlimited soda, water, juices, coffee, and tea, along with snacks and room service. American Cruise Lines deals do not include gratuities, shore excursions/tours, or port fees.
