American Splendor cabins review
Follows the review of America/American Splendor riverboat cabins, including amenities, furnishings, and complimentary services:
- Hotel-style beds (king or two twins, size 200 x 160 cm, with no under-bed storage for suitcases), spacious open closets, dressers with four drawers, bedside tables with lamps, individual climate control, medical emergency button, and 110V power outlets only.
- All accommodations feature a private, full-size bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and Judith Jackson luxury bath products (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, moisturizer, mouthwash, facial bar, bath soaps, vanity kit). Additional in-room amenities include a smart HDTV (with satellite reception), DVD player, telephone (for onboard communication only), coffee maker, digital clock, seating area (table with one or two swivel chairs), writing/vanity desk, and stationery.
- Owner's Suites are more spacious and offer extra amenities such as fresh flowers, terry robes, a mini-bar, and in-room dining service (continental breakfast served on the balcony).
All balconies are the same size, regardless of cabin category. Each is furnished with lounge furniture, including a small round table and two chairs.
Complimentary services include in-cabin Wi-Fi Internet access (with shipwide coverage), alcoholic beverages (beer and wine at lunch and dinner), unlimited non-alcoholic drinks (soda, water, juices, coffee, tea), snacks, and room service.
American Cruise Lines fares do not include gratuities, shore excursions/tours, or port fees.
American Splendor has two wheelchair-accessible cabins (for passengers with disabilities) located in categories A (Deck 1/Main) and AAR (Deck 2), both conveniently situated near the elevator.
